Refund Policy

A full or partial refund may be extended to you in certain circumstances where no work on your order has been completed by Wepco Printing. Such refund would be adjusted to cover any fees charged for proofs or other services associated with that order.

Full Refunds usually are not possible once Wepco Printing begins work on your order. Work will only begin after artwork files uploaded, and job proofs approved. If we verify that Wepco Printing has made an error, we will re-run the order at no additional cost to you; however we cannot be responsible for errors in your print files.

If you find a defect in your job which is the responsibility of Wepco Printing we will re-run the order at no additional cost to you. To receive the replacement, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery and provide verification of the problem. Upon verification of the defect, we will re-run the order with an expedited turnaround time.  If in our judgment it will not be possible to achieve a good outcome by replacing the order, Wepco Printing may at our sole option elect to refund all or part of the original cost of the order.
