Saddle Stitch
Perfect Bound
Comb Bound

WEPCO Printing offers several different options for binding your project.

Side Stitch – A side stitch is a series of staples along the edge of a collated project.

Saddle Stitch – A saddle stitch is the style of binding that you are familiar with from magazines. The collated project is folded in half, stapled in the fold and then three sides are trimmed to the finished size.

Perfect Bound – Perfect binding is the style of binding used in soft cover books. The project is collated, a cover is printed and scored to the thickness of the book, the cover is glued to the pages and then to book is trimmed to the finished size.

Comb Binding – Comb binding is the style of binding which lends itself to books and booklets that you wish to be able to open to a page and have the book lay open. The project is collated, a machine punches a series of rectangular holds in the bound side and a plastic comb binding is inserted holding the book together. The plastic combs come in many sizes and colors.

Drilling is simply punching a hole through your project whether it is a calender for hanging or holes for a three ring binder. The holes can be drilled in a variety of sizes.
